A: We are an industrial and trade integrated enterprise. We have 2 factories. The Beijing factory is located in Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is mainly responsible for repairing and testing communication network equipment. The Guangzhou factory is located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. It is mainly responsible for the production of power related products such as lithium batteries and high-power portable power supplies.
Q2. How to ensure product quality?
A: We have a professional test team and test platform. We will perform functional tests before delivery and provide a 90-180 day warranty.
Q3.Is there after-sales service?
A: We provide a 90-180 day warranty. If there is any quality problem in the product during the period, it will be returned unconditionally.
Q4. Delivery time?
A: Usually, if you need more than one sample, it takes about 4~7 working days. For batch orders, the delivery time is usually about 20~35 days according to the quantity and requirements of your order.
